So, I was at the Vikki and Vance Casino, and I'd gotten banned, so I went to turn in my chips and such, and for the lulz I bought one chip for one cap. Then I went to cash in and requested NCR money for my one chip. I got 92 $100 bills and a bunch of 20s and 5s, etc, and one cap. Repeated twice, did it once for Legion money and got 37 "Aurius" or something like that,and 3 caps. Done on Xbox 360

Edit: This also works trading my one chip back for caps, got 9,168 the first time, 9169 the 2nd. Overall the payouts are slightly random, but huge.

I go to the V&V Casino and there's nobody in there. No people and definitely no "banker" so I can't even get chips/trade-in.

No idea what that is, so no.

You do have to save the deputy or w/e and wait a few days for the casino to get people in it. I came in a couple days later and some random thugs died on my weapons, then another couple days after that the staff was in there.

How Many day's?

Im folowing the main quest line and doing the side quests so im like sorta taking my time and havnt been at any other casions yet
