Infinite Free Buying Glitch *PATCHED* after Update 1.02

Post » Thu Dec 10, 2015 10:51 pm

I won't lie most people might not agree this patch up, but I think it was a great idea to patch it up. At first I never really concentrated in the game and went head on with NPC'S. Because I had free resources from shops everytime. I did this glitch a few times I won't lie.
Now after this patch I hate to start hiding and running from mobs of enemies and start using tactical advances in order to get through the game. Made me feel less bored about this game and made me more wide eyed about the difficulty of Fallout 4. Started realizing the prices of Stimpacks/Rads/chems in general. Everything is a struggle now but it's more intense and fun. Who agrees?

Some of us didn't use any glitches ..it's a single player game so you play it the way ya want...I'm glad you are having fun....can't understand glitch ing or cheating in single player..sort of takes away from the whole drawn out experience ..can't understand the urge to steamroll the game ,its made to take time and thought...you tube ruins gaming....lol..dumbs the masses...

I don't blame ya man. Personally I did it not to steam room the game but to get nice items LOL. But personally after the update I had a heavy realization on how expensive vendors Re and how hard it is to get repair parts/ fusion cores for Power Armor. Which tells me why so many people prefer equitable armor because... No choice lol. We ain't rich in this game. World's ending and things are scarce. I love it now. True meaning of Fallout. I feel guilty for glitch in LOL. But hey your right I can hell DO WHAT EVA I WANT.

Hard to get fusion core for power armour? I've got 40 of them and haven't bought a single one :P

If you want the game to be easier, just drop the difficulty down to the easiest. That is an intentional option in the game. If you need to cheat because you need more stimpacks or ammo or something just lower the difficulty, suddenly you don't need as much ammo or stimpacks and then you don't need the glitch anymore. If you already have it on the easiest setting and still can't beat enemies then maybe you are just terrible at the game.

I've never had a problem with caps. Drop some points into charisma (and graqe mentats when you go for big trades)

Yeah, I would love to see what SPECIAL and perks everyone who says they need the glitche has. I can imagine them have 1 charisma and just going all combat heavy, playing this game like a pure FPS and then not being able to afford it. I think this game has just enough RPG elements to annoy/confuse people who don't realise it is part RPG.

Which is weird when you think about it, because you don't need any points (outside of 4 perception if you want rifleman)

The only thing I have ever bought is ammo. And that was only with my guy that used only full-auto weapons. Currently I'm selling off most my meds and chems cause I have more than I can ever use. Huge pile of cores so I've been selling off the ones that are not full charge. I mean I've collected some PA, but I never use the stuff. Caps in generally have been pretty much useless in this game.

Maybe they go 10 STR for the PA perk at the end. They probably have no lockpicking/hacking either. I have 3 points in each of those and gets lots of nice juicy loot in every location I explore.

Same for me, I find it underwhelming and it just annoys me for some reason every time I use it. I have brought it out once or twice for tough fights where you are forced to brawl it out but overall I enjoy playing more without it.
