Infinite Loading Screen leaving Bleak Falls Barrow : V

So I recently started a new game with Requiem installed and faced an issue at the start of the game where I couldn't leave Helgen Keep as it would begin an infinite loading screen. I solved this by COCing Riverwood from the main menu and running to the exit of Helgen Keep and travelling inside, before booting up the load of my actual character.

However, now I'm facing the infinite loading screen when trying to leave Bleak Falls Barrow - I just quit after having sat here for 10 minutes. I have no idea what the issue is, as I've BOSS'd my load order and have an up to date BashedPatch.esp and RequiemfortheIndifferent.esp.

Below is my load order, but I am also using Realvision ENB (Full ELFX.) I don't have any issues during gameplay, the lowest my FPS drops to is around 35 - at the top of Whiteruns steps, so I'm not sure what's going on.
