I can load my save but when i encounter a loading screen when i fast travel, enter a building or die it doesn't load and i am forced to alt tab and close the game but after that it doesn't close but instead goes under background processs where i have to force close it. I have found no help with this issue and it is recent problem. Please help me player base, your my only hope!

Did you mess with the timescale at all in the console? Any other console commands? Using Mods?

No i did not mess with the time scale. I did install a texture mod, shadow mod in order to get more then slide show fps but i uninstalled them and still getting this.

Does this happen with all saves?

Ill have to check that when i get home. My poor progress all for nought but a broken save
