We have started the Unofficial Morrowind Patch project with the intent of producing a single comprehensive patch for Morrowind.
We are going to use Thepal's UMP 1.6.3b as a base. We will fix any known issues with ThePal's UMP, then we will take the most popular unofficial patches and fixes and merge them into the base to create a new unified patch. This will be our first step. Once we've released a consolidated patch, we will work through the remaining list of outstanding bugs and start adding fixes for them to our new patch.
