Just spent a good bloody twenty minutes making a female character because I'm mental like that; switched to the male and quickly made him up without much effort because I intended play as a woman this time around and then for some reason probably because I'm a total idiot I decided to press start!

Is there any way I can get her back without having to start a new game and re-make her from scratch? Even though I seriously doubt I could re-make her from memory. You would think there would be an option in the bathroom to switch back for berks like me.

Well, once you leave the vault, the game gives you an opportunity to change appearances again.
