Just me or since a couple of days ago they added ingame advertising pop-ups?!?

I have an advertising popping up so often when Im playing that is becomming reallyreallyreally annoying.

They've done it in the past, too. There was a deal when Fallout 4 launched and something for other holidays like Christmas and Valentines day.
