Anyone know a ini setting to get the third person zoom in control to zoom in closure to your character before it snaps to first person view?

Ok so I noticed now that is will zoom in fine IF you do not have a weapon drawn.

It backs you out about 15 feet if you draw a weapon and will not allow you to zoom in close again.

This could mean it is hard coded and not an INI thing. dam....
