I was looking for a way to make battle a little more frantic.
For Oblivion, it was fGlobaltimeMultiplier right there in the .ini file under [General].
For Skyrim, it's SetGlobalTimeMultiplier and you can just type it into the console:
`SetGlobalTimeMultiplier 2
or
`sgtm 2
to set Skyrim to double turbo. This will not make loading times faster, nor will it affect lockpicking. But movement is faster and animations will play faster, making combat more panicky and harder to adjust to. For practical Skyrim play, sgtm 1.2 or 1.4 is best, just a slight animation and movement increase. There will be lip synching issues.
The thing is, though, it will reset to 1 if you trigger a slowmo killmove. For me, I would have to turn off killmoves with SkyTweak. Also, hitstop mods would reset it to 1 as well. Probably would need a script to spam SetGlobalTimeMultiplier every 1/2 second or 1/4 second to keep it set to whatever you want, default is 1. But it's amusing to double-time someone who has afk right in the middle of a large battle.
