While playing I noticed that some inns, like Eight Plates and Ald Skar, wouldn't offer me beds, which I was certain did in the past. I did manage to pin-point the issue to the .esm of Wizards' Islands using CS. For whatever reason it removes almost all lines from 'Beds' topic.

And now I wonder, how can I fix it without giving up on the Isles. Will I need to add lines manually and create .esp or is there a way for me to edit the broken .esm and somehow remove the records that affect 'Beds' topic? All help will be much appreciated.
