(Wrong forum, my apologies.)

I get severe input lag at the main menu, and varying amounts in-game (depending on my FPS). Sometimes my FPS drops, and input lag soars in unusual places like caves, house/castle interiors, etc. Basically anywhere that you'd expect to see higher FPS. Does anyone have similar issues, or know what might cause this?

System:

GPU: Nvidia 460 GTX
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 BE
RAM: 2x 4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz
MOBO: ASUS Crosshair V Formula

I'm able to run BF3 at 1920x1080 ultra with 35-50 FPS, why am I having issues with a console port?
