The problem is that my Skyrim load times are insane, as in, upwards of 10 minutes to load a save, and 4 minute transitions from interior to exterior cells. I know this is not normal, but I have no idea what could be the issue. I've tried verifying the game cache, putting the ignore load screen tweak in the enblocal.ini, I've tweaked my skse and enboost settings as well but to no avail, and the problem persists. The game is practically unplayable at this point because of it.
