I cant install Fallout 3 on Win 8.1 I read hundred of Manuals, but they still belong to fix an already installed game. I have Fallout 3 normal Version on one DVD - no steam, I installed the newest Version of MS Games for Windows and set compatibilty mode of Setup.exe on the DVD to VIsta SP1. But when I try to Launch Setup.exe it crashes after 2 seconds "Setup.exe has encoutered a Problem..." I hope it is correct translated to english.. you know this Default Crash message.
