Installed RealVision ENB; TextureLighting Glitch : V

So here I am once again with a new and odd problem after installing RealVision ENB (and it's core required mods). Upon starting my game and creating a new character I am presented with the following texture glitches:

The mods I installed for RealVision ENB are: Climates of Tamriel (all default settings), http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39799, ELFX, and the particle fixes for ENB. I also made the necessary .ini changes with enblocal.ini, skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini. Now I am encountering the body texture glitch on both male and female player characters but not NPCs. As far as I know all of those mods do not touch or change the body mesh/textures in any way so I'm thinking it's an incorrect setting in one of my .ini files.

I have tried removing the ENB, CoT, and ELFX but that didn't help. I've tried resetting my .inis but that didn't help. I tried disabling my body mods but the problem still persists with the vanilla bodies. I even tried disabling W.A.T.E.R. due to the odd issues when in the water but that didn't help. I'm out of ideas here.

And... I fixed it. It had absolutely nothing to do with the ENB, CoT, ELFX or anything else. It was RaceMenu causing the problem and an update fixed the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience!

you should have atleast included 18+ in the title i dont think this kinda things are appropriate here ( posting nvde links or video )

Yeah that's a little bit weird. We don't want to see an albino dude in the nvde with no warnings at all lol.
