Installing issue Fallout 3 on my pc

I literally can NOT install the game on my PC. As concerning the compatibility of my PC with the game's requirements, there's nothing to worry about. My PC is far higher ranked for that than recommended. As for the origins of the game, no point to argue, for, it's a totally legally purchased from the shop game. The bare truth is that I have this game as from 2008, the year it was released and played it all with great great joy. After a certain period of time, I have finally indulge myself to uninstall it. And I successfully did it . Now, at this point I am discovering a lot of new stuff is on the market as challenging as ever like downloadable content that I wish to play, that I became very sad that I uninstalled Fallout 3. So, I said to my self, no worries, that I still have that game and can reinstall it easily. But the things are not as fortunate as I thought , now that I'm literally not able to re-install it. So, guys, is there an issue for the game to not work again on the same computer??? Because I have read just about every topic on this forum and found nothing relied to my issue. Please help me!

What is the actual problem? 'Can not install' isn't a very clear way of explaining a problem.

Does it give an error message?

Does it install, but not run?

Does the disc not read?

It's difficult to diagnose a problem when you haven't given any real information. Maybe try describing step by step from the moment you insert the disk in the drive?
