I have entered the Institut for the first time and spoke to Shaun without deciding wether to join him or not.

He said i should know the chiefs of the differant departments bevor i decide.

When i finish talking to the last of them at the bioscience lab (Clayton Holdem) a quest( i dont know the english name for that quest) gets updated and it says i have to talk to Preston of the Minutemen. Meanwhile everyone at the lab becomes hostile except Clayton.

Clayton even talks to me while the others are shooting. I spoke to everyone in a civil manner, there is no reason to attack me since i didnt decide to join or not yet.

I noticed that the former quest didnt get to the next stage properly or at least it seems like that. Altough Father told me to speak to the scientists i had no quest for that and the quest that starts when you enter the institut still says "go to the lift". This quest stage is even marked as done but no further instructions appeared under that stage.

I cant say if it happens when i speak to the scientists in a diffrent order. Before i talked to Clayton i took the Serum at the FAV Lab. Maybe this is a problem since there are hostiles?

It happens after loading the last autosave again.

Since i read that the console and some armors can make problems:

im wearing the Minutemen Gernerals Uniform and a Power Armor and enabled God-Mode since i took a lot of Lab equipment to decorate my house and couldnt carry everything^^

I stole nothing, the items were yellow and not red.

When i return to Father and join the Institute before i talk to Clayton everything works fine and the Institute quest starts without problem.

Also i think its a bit strange that some woman updates my beloved Pipboy with a Runner-Chip even when i didnt decide to join yet. Besides that it would be nice to talk to Father about the fact that his peace loving institut muders and replaces uncounted people
