I came across a game-halting bug in the mission Institutionalized where after speaking to all the people in the Institution, I am unable to get the courser chip from Dr. Li because I took upon a Brotherhood of Steel mission to convince her to return to the brotherhood and she never gave me the courser chip to fast travel out of the institution. All the objectives are check marked in the pip-boy for this mission, but it doesn't give me credit for completing the mission leaving it open.

I can't get the dialogue options to ask for the chip leaving me stuck in the institution. Unless this gets patched or fixed, this game file is screwed. I don't want to shoot my way out of the institution and I have no save files previous to the conversations with her. Any help is appreciated!
