Breaking bad, fallout edition?
On another note, so what have we learned from this video..
Nerd rage - Increases your capability in combat (shocker, I know!)
Hacking - Allows you to hack terminals
Create drugs - Harvest things in the wasteland and get high!
That's disappointing, i really wanted to know what perk requiring Int. 9 does.
That's just VANS, Fallout 4's version of Skyrim's clairvoyance spell; it shows a glowing path to your current quest marker when in VATS. Completely worthless and has nothing to do with riding vehicles.
I love these videos. Great way to lead up to the release, I think.
I'm guessing it's related to microfusion cells, seeing as it looks like they're going to be needed for more than just energy weapons.
Yeah, I wanted to see I9 or I5 - most of these perks they showed off were self-evident, although it's nice to see Chemist has been more or less confirmed as I7 and for crafting drugs. My evil run may very well be Walter White.
Just two more SPECIAL shorts left though oh man
"Just don't lose your head!" Lol
These are fantastic while we wait: only 33 days left! Sorry I had to.
Don't get too excited...
It was a reference to the V.A.N.S perk.
I agree it made it look like and sound like you would be using motorized vehicles in some way.
Are mounts going to be in or its just up in the air on that?
I can't watch the video at work, but if I-10 really increases your combat effectiveness (Nerd Rage).... does it still have the same requirement in previous games that you had to be at, like, half health to trigger it? Never saw the point in that ----if I am ~really~ intelligent, especially with a 10 INT, then I figure out ways to ~avoid~ being hit in the first place... and if the boost is to ~melee~ combat effectiveness.... I just don't know. Sort of like Mysterious Stranger or Sandman or Cannibal, it seems so situational and specific to a very narrow character concept.
Definitely up in the air. Especially if you include vertibirds
I'm starting to wonder if full versions of these (with more Perk descriptions) will be in the game itself, or an extra on the disk.
Yeah I am on the wall about nerd rage. If it is just a melee/damage resistance buff that applies when low health... I am not certain I will get it. I'd rather blow that perk point in raising my endurance or some such.
