Intended Fan Fiction Book

Around the many regions of High Rock, Hammerfell, and The Reach along the boarders of High Rock and Skyrim thrive an expansive conglomerate of history and culture. The brave Redgaurds from the far away land of Yakuda. The proud and hard fought peoples of Ysgramor's Nords. The many kingdoms of the once enslaved Bretons. The invading Akaviri people whom hold their vows. And the oldest tribes of Orsimer who long ago underwent the change of a morphed god. This is a forum to better the knowledge of these regions and these cultures as well as the history that surrounds them so that written literature may be created as I intend to write a book which will expand the lore surrounding the brief rise and fall of the Orsinium Empire. Note that all lore which is created must be like any good fan fiction dictated by what is already cannon. However according to the first and second eras (despite The Elder Scrolls Online) there is little explanation and detail about many important events giving some wiggle room to conjure extra story. The topic of this fan fiction surrounds the first Orsinium of the first era.

FIRST ERA AND RISE AND FALL OF THE FIRST ORSINIUM EMPIRE

Concerning Orcs

During the Late Middle Merethic Era the aedra Trinimac is eaten by the deadra Boethiah cuasing him to become the deadric prince Malacath. This also changed his followers (The Altmeri) into the Orcimer (Pariah Folk) who formed into his new likeness (exposed bone, boney features, tusks, green skin). This would mean that by the first era, the event may still be fresh in their minds and a devotion to Malacath as a dreadric prince to be divided. ( whether some orcs are ready to accept him or not) When Trinimac becomes Malacath, a plane of oblivion is created like none other called The Ash Pit. A void of ash and dust, a manifestation of Malakath's betrayal, broken promises, and anguish. This is where it is believed his followers go when they die.

After this event, what was once the great power of the Altmeri withered away through time and overcoming of the Bretons in High Rock and spread of the warrior Yokuda men, the Ra Gada (Redguards) around 1E 500. Some time in the Early First Era, the orcs lead by Warlord Thulgeg and chieftan Torug gro-Igron along with many goblins (perhaps the orcs were vasal holders to a goblin pact) took up residancy in the Wrothgarian Mountains where at first there were only migratorial huts and tents, eventualy was crowded with stone structures.

According to Breton History, The Orcs caused many raids along the Bjoulsae River whilst according to Orc history, they remained peaceful and focused on crop and commerce. However neither of these can be confirmed as all archeological evidence was lost in the Siege of Orsinium from 1E 950-980.

This is the breakthrough. Here it states that all histroy was lost of first Orsinium. Here is where detail may be added.

Concerning Bretons

It is disputed as to what Bretons truly are. Whether they be Admeri/Altmeri-Nedic or Admeri/Altmeri-Admoran. (Admeri were the descendants of the Altmeri (High Elves) so they can be commonly considered the same, Admoran being the orginal human settlers of the Nords) Evidence of their appearence suggests they are half High Elf half Admoran since their more manly features resemble that of the Nords.

They were in Late Merethic Era and early First Era slaves to an Altmeri clan known as Clan Direnni. These Elves captured and claimed any man foolish enough to venture past the Reach from Skyrim. Through slavery, there was a mixture of blood giving way to the Breton's unique apearence and natural Arkane abilities. However, after Trinimac's devourment and the Orc's transformation as well as the introduction of waring Yakuda men into Tamriel,

they Orc's lost their grip on the region of High Rock.

Slowly the Bretons attaind the confidence and respect of the neighboring races and were able to spread their influence through trade and diplomacy rather than war. However, peace would not last long when the from the south Redguards continued their spread through the north and the strange and powerful Akaviri having already invaded from the east and north. War will rage and the Bretons will be ready.

However by this time of the first Orsinium, the Bretons are divided into over fifty different kingdoms with mild feuds in between.

Concerning Red Guards

From the islands continent of Yakuda, the Ra Gada people were pushed out of there home by serpeant vampires and warring rivals. A spearhead of warriors cam to the mainland of Tamriel into the region of Hammerfell. To regain their loses, they made a mad land dash to secure for them a future in this new land, destroying all in their path. They denied anyone inside their land and made no efforst to communicate or trade with others.

After all of their people had moved into Hammerfell, they continued their march north to the more agrarian reaches of High Rock. From here they set up invasion armies from the military city of Sentinel on the coast of the Iliac Bay.

Concerning Akaviri

The Akaviri come from the legendary land of Akavir. Some say a region of Admora where the Nords originate. They arrived sometime after Ysgramor and his Admorans did, fighting through the Nordic people to Falkreath where they were halted by their long search for the Dragonborn Reman Cyrodiil around 1E 2000.

Before in the land of Akaviri, they fought the local dragons and did so again in Tamriel. Through their conquest they had invaded High Rock but were beaten by the Bretons of Early First Era. However, the presence and power had not diminished.

Their goal seems to be lead by a prophecy of the Dragonborn and an undying hatred for dragons. In the north within the far eastern Reach of Skyrim, they base their military movements from Sky Haven temple.

Concerning Reachmen

Like the Bretons, they are a mixed race from Nordic slaves. However, unlike the Bretons, they were the first and last to revolt against the Direnni Hegomony. From 1E 400-700, they hunted the Orc remnants of their old High Elf slavers into complete distruction within the region of the Reach.

Their people were broken into ten kingdoms however, they prophecy of a coming Red Eagle to reunite them all in strength.

Because of their past, they are hostile towards all elven races and much of the Nordic imperials. Sworn enemies of the Orcs and sole owners of the Reach.

Conclusion

Hopefully I will begin illustrating a better constructed history of the rise of the first Orsinium and how it intervines with the conflicts between the Redguards and the Bretons. To do this I need to grow a stronger understanding of the time and make sure whatever I write is once again dictated by what is cannon. Any help or even just cassual discussion of the topics at hand would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to ask any questions about my ideas or intentions.
