Hello. One day I thought about doing a interactive story. Something like machinima, but more like comics. A game where you read story with illustrations, make decisions ( to change game story ) and so on. Because of my poor drawing skills I decided to use other game screenshots for my stories and the best game for that choice was Fallout 3.

So my question is... can I use Fallout 3 screenshots for my interactive story, which I would like to ( later ) publish in websites like indiedb.com?
Of course I would add Bethesda Softwork in credit window ( as first ), as a Fallout 3 developer and owner of illustrations.

Personally I don't see nothing bad in this. It would be like machinima, I would add Bethesda Softworks in credits ( to proof that I'm not owner of illustrations ). So it wouldn't be copyrights violation.

P.S. and of course it wouldn't be a commercial project
