To update everyone on the situation I called Microsoft talked to them for a total of like 15 minutes, my hard drive is being shipped and should be at my house within 10 days.

I just had to deal with sending my 360 S back. I was very pleased with the whole process. It didn't cost me a dime, and it took 2 weeks to the day from start to finish.

My games played great, in game, but the video cut scenes were choppy as hell. I got it back Monday and the videos play normally now.

Enjoy your new toy, when you get the HDD. (You can use a USB memory stick until then should you have one.)

Alright for anyone who cares today I received a box from Microsoft in the mail today, presumably the hard drive that should have been in the Xbox S to begin with. Instead I received a wonderfully carved plastic hard drive door replacement piece and now I am incredibly pissed off. It is kinda funny at how [censored] they are but still overall extremely EXTREMELY pissed off. Seriously I don't think I even said the word door during the conversation how the F*** did I end up with a door instead of a 250gb hard drive.
