I am sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it listed. I am trying to place water in an area in an internal cell. I don't want the entire cell in water, just a part of it. But I don't know where to get the water from. I see water listed under Miscellaneous - water type, but I don't seem to be able to bring it into the render window. There must be somewhere to get it from in either the object window or the top bar. In Skyrim it is easy to find.
