Internet Issues

So I have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833127220&cm_re=dir_625-_-33-127-220-_-Product dlink router and have had no problems over the past year or two with it. But now for the past month it's been acting up. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833127247&cm_re=dlink_adapter-_-33-127-247-_-Product For no reason, I get disconnected from the internet and am able to reconnect no problem. Trying to play online games is nearly impossible though. I've tried resetting the router, restarting my computer and everything I could think of to no success. I recently got a new modem so I know it's not that. Was just seeing if someone here could help me. Also, if I could use a wired connection, I would, so no need to say that.

Sorry I can't help, but I feel compelled to point out that every time I see the title of this thread, I think it says "Internet Jesus"

And that's kind of awesome.

Interference? Move it off the microwave. :P

Try changing the channel too.

Did the problem start before or after you got the new modem? Wouldnt be the first time one was bad out of the box. Just guessing though, no clue really.

No. We thought it was a bad modem before and replaced it. Still have the same issue.

Anyone?

Did you try what I said?

Also try reinstalling the software that came with the adapter.

After reading the reviews on the Wireless adapter it looks like many people have experienced connection drops with it.

That's what I was thinking also. But my dad experiences connection drops with his laptop also and he doesn't use the adapter.
