I would like to see a mod made that allowed players to access internet radio stations. As much as I like the jazz songs they play, it would be nice to actually be able to hear more than the several songs they play over and over again.

could always just keep an internet radio station running in an open window in the background while you play the game..

I tried that with Fallout 3. The problem is that you can't turn off the thing if you want some silence (like trying to listen to a distress signal) nor can you change the channels without it being in window mode. I prefer to play the game in fullscreen.
