one strange thing i've notice in OB is the lack of interspecie's relationship's I.E khajit's/ imperial's argonian/dunmer etc etc is it even possible for all of the race's to interbreed does any one hope to see cross specie's relationships? nothing sixual just the usual refrences in dialogue IE (dunmer women) " i hear your an adventurer? my husband is to he's an argonian and likes to travel" etc etc (im sure ohers could come up with much better/realistic example :tongue: )

P.S i know about the book the argonian maid bu other then that there seems to be very little cross play between the men/mer specie's relationship wise.

Khajiit and argonians can't interbreed with the other races. In the cases where interbreeding is possible the offspring looks like the mother with possibly subtle traits from the father.
The lack of interspecies relationships is probably due to cultural differences, argonians specifically are supposed to think completely differently compared to the other races, the bosmer are cannibals, the altmer are racial purists, the dunmer are xenophobes, etc.

I just don't want to see an Argonian/mudcrab union.

My main protagonist traditionally is an imperial/wood elf halfbreed (using the wood elf models). The back story is that his parents were engaged in a forbidden relationship and were murdered by the Imperials as a result. Taken in by some passing wood elves, my character grows up with a pure hatred for Imperials (that's the short version of his history). So my usual character is only possible if inter-procreation is possible. I'm in.

All, the mer can breed with each other, all the men can breed with each other, vampires can breed with orcs, so its safe to assume all these can breed with each other. The only races left out are Khajits + Argonians, because the way they breed are fundamentally different.

Edit: When I say breed I mean procreate. Everyone could probably 'do the business' with everyone else, but just in the case of argonians and kajits, there would no need to be 'safe' so to speak.

As said already, only men and mer can have children, and they always take on the appearance of the mother. Argonians and Khajiits can, in theory, have relationships with other races, but they would never have children and, honestly, it would be pretty weird. Typically, Argonians and Khajiits find men and mer strange, unattractive, and hard to relate to even on a base level.
