Intimidation, Animal Friend, and Wasteland Warrior

So from the QC/GC footage, we got to see a bit of the perk chart. The tree they scrolled all the way to 10 on was Charisma!

We saw some really cool things, and even a brief glimpse at the descriptions of a couple.

Intimidation (C 10) and Wasteland Warrior (C 9) are similar, allowing the player to pacify or control Humans or other wasteland creatures depending on which one you choose. Since Animal Friend is already confirmed, and intimidation is clearly humans only, what do you think the "Wasteland Warrior" perk will let you command/pacify? Things like Mirelurks, Deathclaws, Yao Guai (Although they could be under Animal Friend), etc.

And from what we know about these, and the new companion control system in place, allowing the player to tell them where to go/ what to do just by pointing and clicking, what kind of ideas do you have for this, or a Charisma focused character in general?

My example is I want to create an Arena, and with the use of those 2/3 perks I will pit things against eachother for my settlers amusemant. Raiders, Annoying wastelanders, competitor caravans, and whatever kinds of critters I can bring back. The Thorn will pale in comparison!

I'm not sure the actors you can persuade/coerce/boss around with the right perk (perksuasion, if you will) will be as manageable as bona fide companions, and definitely not as permanent. Might just work the same as reanimated/Illusion'd actors in Skyrim. It would be great to run our own arena, though.

Fitting for my hermit-like nature, I suppose, most of the Charisma perks are of little interest to me. I may ~have~ to get enough Charisma to get Local Leader if I want to play with the settlements feature, but that's likely as high as I'll go (and I'll start one step below that and use bobblehead to GET to that charisma level). I have just never been fond of Companions, permanent or temporary. One of the charisma perks is allegedly FOR that kind of playstyle, I think I read, but from the speculation I saw it basically involved being a manipulative a-hole who only used people temporarily or something. Still not my cuppa.
