I don't know, but much of it sounds similar to the mus_SCR_DocMitchell and the mus_SCR_GoodspringsStinger tracks. Hard to tell w/all the voice over and noises tho.

A lot of the instrumental music sounds fairly alike to my ears...it's possible it's 2 or 3 tracks strung together for the intro section, as well, not a single whole track.

I would suspect it is an original piece commissioned for the game.
