I've never heard any Legion fellas mooing. And besides, the nightkin have some weird thing going on with brahmins. (Antler and that Novac nutjob)

Bloatfly.

If they do add a lol-legendary then it's best if it's just one.
Too many makes it not as unique.
So the Legendary Bloatfly is on top of my list.
The more serious ones that follow are Lakelurk, Bighorner and Glowing One.
Lakelurk is really hyperactive with his sonic boom of death, the bighorner has a 100% success rate of knocking you down and is 200% faster than the others with around 700 health and the Glowing One's radiation blast is 5 times the originals blast and it's +rad effect is 50rad:1sec.

Bloatfly. Just imagine if you come across it in your travels and thought that 'Who cares? Just another harmless Bloatfly!' Then a 40 seconds later, your power armored level 30 character is dead. It will be an interesting surprise for first time players.

You may have, it's pretty easy to kill them and not notice anything different. Legendary creatures are in various caves across the Mojave.
