Invalid account info fix : Crysis

Dont work here either, it just comes with a error and no explanation of why.
Also, when i try to make a new account with my alt email, it constantly says that the username is already in use, and no way all thoes i have tryed can be in use..

Contacted support twise and still no responce.. This must be the worst customer support i have tryed.. Can my account not just been deletet so i can make a new with the same email??

Hello, my hard drive failed so now I have new one, but I dont remeber my Crysis 2 (game) password.. I tried in game "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" .. it shows me: "You are not authorized to access this page." but still logged in gamesas.
I don't know what to do log in game, password recovery doesn't work..

I'm not kidding just check my name in game: evoX999, my rank is 30.
Please help me, thanks

I just went and changed my password. Then it let me log right into the game. >.> I dunno if it'll help everyone but it fixed my issue instantly.

for what it is worth , the only thing that worked for me was doing the name change;
and following the instructions for the codes verbatim

.... i guess thats why there are so many xxxx1 etc names on these forums

So i renamed my non working gamesas.com account warbich into Wrathbich, so now with Wrathbich i can login in the Multiplayer.
Now the BigFat Problem, with Wrathbich i can′t Login here in the forums, i can′t changing info′s or order the new DLC.
So i make this message from a other gamesas.com account.

Please Cry Adam, or other Supports, make Wrathbich to a full Account, not only for a play Account, i wan′t to buy the DLC.

Honestly all Game programers work in a lab and EVERYTHING is the same. This is why you see zero help and zero work at fixing our problems. They have not clue as to how to write code that takes into account any problems outside the lab where the games are written. This is EXACTLY why the entire game industry svcks a help for PC users. No one works outside the computer lab ever.

C'mon Crytek, what the f**k are you doing? Why do you always announce some fix that doesn't work and then never come back to actually make it working. This is broken ever since the release date and exactly nothing has been done to address it. I mean c'mon. But you do like selling some stupid DLC don't you? Milking cash from players is more important than customers you already ripped off with incredibly buggy and degraded game. Ugh...

This does not work, I tried it before you posted this, and a couple times since. I need this fixed. I have been on EA support twicw now, and wasted a couple hours with them to redirect me back to here for help.... I am super pissed and want resolution immediately. I want to play Multiplayer, and now its just a BS waste of time. Cos everyone will be leveled up and hard to go against. Crytek please help, and answer your support messages!!!!!!!!!!
