Invalid Accounts and Unable to log In

I too have the username/ password problem.


The best way to get this fixed to to start letting game review sites and game news sites know about it. Bad Press coverage will soon get it fixed.

here is a work-around for the Multiplayer Key Issues some many people have.
i will try what prevelance has suggested later and see if it can solve my login problems. =)

I can login on here, not in-game. Don't have a clue about where to enter my LE serial? I swear to god I want my money back. The demo was ****, the game looks **** and the worst is out of 5 of our CS:S team... there is only one of us who actually got the demo working and played. That was me, yet I'm the unhappy one. Way to **** up a game release.

Same here! Account on this Side works fine but log into MP game no chance. What′s wrong with crytek i′m really sad :(

I'm having the same problem as most people. I get get a message stating my details are invalid yet I can login to the website. I was so looking forward to multiplayer with the LE content! Hope it gets fixed soon. Please don't disappoint the fans Crytek.

I am still waiting to have my main account deleted. It's been over 24 hours and I send another request again from that account using the form linked on "Help&Support". *cry*

EDIT ========
That form doesn't seem to send out a confirmation to your email that they have received anything. Has anyone tried it and gotten a confirmation?

I'm having the same invalid credentials issue. I had the same while trying to play the demo. I figured it was just 'cause the demo was a piece of ****. I'm sad I actually spent money on this game and am unable to play it.

Went chasing this issue today after failing to see a resolution since the demo. Unfortunately I still don't have enough information to really narrow down the issue but for anyone who's interested in the transcript with an EA customer service rep detailing my suspicions and the small trickle of information I managed to get from them:

Yes, I did give him props for working customer service despite everything. It's a nasty field to be in.

In the end the guy quickly threw me yet another redirection and ran the hell away before I asked more. I didn't bother waiting in queue for another hour to have the same thing happen.
