So i bought this back in march and after it was released the serial was fine however i could never get a connection to any servers

However i tried to try the MP again and now i get hit with a "invalid serial" tried asking EA how are about as helpful as talking to a brick wall but stated the serial is active and also tried email Crytek with no reply either

So what to do now? since i cant even try the MP
