So between a couple days ago and a week ago I had been modding the hell out of my game. Making it look as realistic as I could. ENB, RLO, CoT, the list goes on.

Needless to say, something happened where my shadows have gone full [censored] and inverted 100%. What's dark is light and what's light is 100% black.

What I've tried so far:
I deleted my skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini
Updated GPU drivers
Turned off all mods
Disable/Enable/Re-insall ENB (Stakado Realistic .112 KAGE)

I can't seem to find a fix at all for this issue. I do know however that it's something affecting the dynamic lighting of the game. I was in Winterfell and at 12:40 (in game time exactly) the shadows bug out like this.

This is inside the blacksmiths at Whiterun and the same thing happens outside.
