Not really a BIG deal or anything, but the "invest 500 Gold to shopkeepers" perk doesn't work on Solstheim. I went back to Skyrim for a Quest and it works fine there, but not Solstheim. Just letting everyone know. Hopefully it can be fixed soon in the next update.
