My current character is my first try at a female on Skyrim. I made it to level 70 speech and invested in Lucan's business but he doesn't have the 11k as usual. Anyone know of any fixes or does it have to do with my character being female?

They patched it.

Patch 1.9 fixed that.

Meh, never used any perks in Speech.

I used Dragonborn to give me back those perks. All merchants still have more gold.

The TG Fences now have 5000 instead of 4000.
