Maybe it's part of a suit-module? Don't forget, you can level those, too. Or maybe they play the console-version (those livestreams) which can also handle things different.

the kill-cams show all the players names during play back, so you know where everyone was while it happened.

Well then you misunderstand something or simply overreacting, because there is no freaking way that you play all the time with people who cheat, frankly i see one on a 3 days if i am lucky. Even if you use stealth people can see you simply using nanovision (max mid range 10m range), there are bonuses for killing people like enhanced radar which show enemies on map, you can be tagged by someone via Visor and you will be visible to other player until someone kill you, there are perks which can highlight people in stealth.... well for me you just overreacting and for sure you don't know that other people can see your tag, since this is only your assumption because you die often.

Reinstalling game doesn't have any impact on other player in multiplayer game, and your game installed on your PC doesn't have anything to do with games running n servers. You probably are overreacting because other people find you in easy way, for sure you can't know that enemy team can see your tag, or something like that, you just sux at this game.

Sure that dude with JAW can be cheating in some way, but i don't see here proof that he can see your tag.

He's not cheating... He's using a combination of sound of your footsteps to kill you. One of my clanmates uses sound all the time to get perfect JAW / grenade kills.

Seriously people, learn to listen. The footsteps in this game are louder than in CounterStrike.
