Got a -4 to my one handed. Nothing shows up in active effects, and I have prayed to clear diseases if there were any invisible ones on me. No dice. Any suggestions?

Once my one handed was a red color and the value was 25. Raising the skill corrected the issue, although all my previous saves showed the same thing. It didn't seem to affect my combat capabilities, so I think it's just a visual bug.

Its a notation error, your skill is unaffected.
