Not because of the green thing though because I just wanted to.

Yeah there are a few bugs like that with the mages guild. Best reload a save imo (or watch for a patch). You could maybe try some invisibility potions though, see if that cancels the effect.

Someone can help this difficult more the game.

Try something that refreshes the model. Beast Form or possibly Become Ethereal.

When i start the game it appears but disappears in a second please someone i don′t like playing invisible.

It has a 3 minute time limit, sheesh check your buffs.
