Everything was working so nicely... and then POOF! Game crashes.


I reload. Load screen. Crash.


I turn off iPhone (6+). Turn back on. Tap FS icon. Load screen. Crash.


I reset (hold down home & lock buttons until device restarts). Tap FS icon. Load screen. Crash.


Download new FS patch released today. Tap FS icon. Load screen. Crash.


Repeat all steps above. Tap FS icon. Load screen. Crash.


What to do? I certainly do not want to start over from scratch. I'm near 200 dwellers (nearly 20% of them have max'd out SPECIAL), max'd out money, vault damn near set up exactly as I want...


Help Bethesda! I haven't dropped more than maybe $7 into the app since downloading, but have clocked in many hours (obviously)

Bethesda wont reply, they wont help at all...

their game doesn't work properly, they take everyones money for in-app purchases, then the game crashes, you lose everything, and any amount of money you paid int he game is lost.

same happened to me, I've heard nothing, and heard of no-one getting any kind of refunds.

so basically, you're screwed

I've been experiencing the same thing. My game crashes the second I try to load the game. Almost Two weeks now I haven't been able to log on. Very frustrating !
