Yes another story of gloom - 170 dweelers, 7 Mr. Handy's, lots of rare items, good vault progress, all blown since the game will no longer launch. Doesn't even allow me to go into where you would click on your vault - crashes immediately upon startup. Can someone from Besthesda get back to us please and let us know what the plan is? I just want my game back to be honest. If the game can't/isn't going to be fixed, let us know and give us a full refund please!

Did you try the steps in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1534650-how-to-retrieve-your-savegame-if-you-got-the-permanent-crash/? I found a way to retrieve a savegame of a vault and how to fix this permanent crash bug.
