I would like to no why Apple / fallout would let you download the game play it for a while then out of no where say iPad mini first gen can't support the game when it has been working fine I am sorry but if you bring out a game and then you release it for all apple products it should work whatever you own. I would love to know when we will be seeing this sorted out on all products as fallout letting down a lot of there fans here. We all what it fixed for all Apple platforms.

The bigger you have Shelter he more RAM your device consumes, and then the crashes begins. I'm not sure if in store there are requirements of this game? Because you can download all Apps with all devices.

What devices is Fallout Shelter compatible with?

Answer: Fallout Shelter is for the iPhone 5 and up, the iPad 3 and up, and the iPad Mini 2 and up. It is optimized for the iPhone 6, 6+, and iPad Air 2. The game runs on iOS 7 and up.

Devices with 512 MB of RAM are not supported. This includes the iPhone 4s, iPod Touch Gen 5, iPad 2, iPad Mini Gen 1.

I honestly don't use this tablet much for anything other than ibooks and a few movies, how do i find out what the memory is? I know its a mini and I found the model number ( MD543LL/A ) in the General / About,but i see nothing about how much memory it has.

still having mine freeze up at 28 dwellers and like 12 rooms seems a little extreme :D

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPad_Mini ---> Memory 1st generation: 512 MB DDR2 RAM

Like e.g(don't know the real usage): your device using lets say ~200MB - so you have ~300MB free, when you opening game it reserves some 100-200MB, the more you play, the more dwellers you get, more rooms built - more usage of RAM. Then you peek it's maximum your game shutdowns...
