Hi,
I have the Vahtacen's quest running, but Irlav Jarol cannot be found. I can see flashes of him in the Archmage tower's entry room, but I'm unable to talk to him. His name tag does not appear although I can see a flash of him.

I suspect this might be related to applying Better cities mod after starting the game?

Anyway, I tried to move Irlav with console command to player's cell but without success.

Anyone have ideas how to reach Irlav?

You might try moving to out of the Arcane U cell and using the player.placeatme ID# command.

Or, if the flashes of him are near a wall, then tcl ‘toggle collision’ to go visit him.

Otherwise, I have no idea.

That should do it. It would fail if you used the BaseID, and the other RefID is for a dead one.
