If you go and check out his computer you find some weird facts.. about how his predecessor destroyed the old world and wants to build a new one.

Just certain questions which came to my mind...

1. Ten penny towers seem to be the very start of the whole operation..

2. Destroying Megaton might be one of the way in which he wants to destroy the local competing villages as it is said in his computer..

3. Tenpenny and Irving seems to be leading this operation of the "secret organization of chairman ching" in DC wasteland..

4. You also notice when Talon mercs wants to kill you they get a latter from tenpenny and especially burke seems to be the Talon merc kinda guy.. Is it possible Talon Mercs are the military force of this organization ?

5. Is Irving Ching in anyway related to the Chinese army remnants ?

Personally I always thought that Irving Cheng was a bit of a nutcase who just assumed he had some authority in Tenpenny tower (he makes references to forming commitees but no one else seems to care) so to say he is part of a secret organization that is bent on bringing communism to America is a bit far-fetched to me

You make an interesting point with the Talon Company mercs though, however I think its just that Mr. Burke has some connections with them and they simply work for whoever is wiling to pay, Im not really sure they are working for anyone (i.e. im not sure the "mysterious third party exists")

I also doubt cheng has any connections to the Chinese remnants as the remnants appear to be half-crazed and completely hell-bent on completing a mission that has no meaning now...

There seems to be more to it than nutcases

Tenpenny says that this tower is only the beginning. Then Tenpenny wants an entire major town destroyed just because it looked bad from the balcony... I just don't buy that..
Where in the world would Tenpenny / Burke get a fusion pulse charge ? Unless its some secretive organization who provided that device to them am not sure from where Burke could obtain that device ...

Right but keep in mind Tenpenny came from Britain, im not sure he could have too much connection with a Chinese organization (just my thought)

I do agree though that there is some interesting points about tenpenny tower that cant really be explained, from what I can tell Megaton isn't even visable from Tenpenny Tower so im not sure why Tenpenny wanted it gone... :shrug:

Still though, the only hard evidence for a Tenpenny/Irving/Communist conspiracy is on Cheng's computer, and from what I gather Cheng doesn't appear to be the most reliable as a source, now if Tenpenny or Burke had some Communist posters or stealth manuals on their desks well.......

(Come to think of it though where did Burke get that Pulse Charge?)
