IsInCombat

Does anyone know if this is actually true?

Ran some tests, and it works fine. Tried to update the wiki, but it won't let me. I contacted Bethesda, and they aren't maintaining it anymore, so there is no way to keep it current now.

It's a shame. :(

Not sure I understand.

In the syntax " ref", is supposed to be a Base Object and the function will affect all references.

Since IsInCombat is designed to refer to a single reference, the syntax "ref.IsInCombat" should be used, instead.

Only this later syntax is documented in the wiki page, which is the way it should be.

The note is kind of superfluous, since it states that an undocumented syntax won't work.

Do you have a suggestion for the note text or do you want me to remove the note? (I still can edit the wiki. Just tested)

the other syntax version refers to tes script (papyrus' predecessor).

wiki has pages for tes script versions of most functions, guess they'll have changed scripting system in the middle of making skyrim.

most of them got links to the according papyrus versions at their bottoms anyway though

I would recommend just removing it. I *almost* panicked when I read that note thinking I would have to come up with several workarounds.

I'm surprised you can still make changes. I get stuck because the webpage has language implying that it wants me to do some Captcha confirmation, but nothing actually shows up for me to confirm or work with. So I'm never able to commit my edits.

OK. Note removed.

Probably the Captcha page got broken recently, since your last update.

DragoonWraith made me 'Sheriff' of the Wiki some years back, and I don't have to go thru the Captcha thing when I log in or update it.

I will be glad to do any update for you while this problem persists. Just send me a PM.
