I really like this forums, but I have to agree, back when I joined the people had more respect for each other. There were only a few fights. At least that is my impression.

We revel in our forum decrepitude here.

Porably because we all share atleast one interest: BGS games (most likely TES or FO) and almost everybody is really cool. Besides due to the rules we're able to be nice and friendly Seriously I have a friend who is in a few COD related forums :cryvaultboy: and he changes forums regurarly because since there are no rules, it may be funny for a week but constant flaming and bashing gets annoying real quick :shrug:

it's fun, active, has good rules, and of course :tes: and :fallout:

I stick around mainly because it helps me pass the time, see whats going on with current events and I like to see what other people around the world are thinking. This is a very diverse group on these forums from many different parts of the world and its fun to socialize with them.

Had some great discussions here, but it is frustrating when I try to reason with people who will not even try to understand any other viewpoints. Overall, it has been a pleasure... and you can blame Fallout for bringing me here!

Because there are new games being released (will certainly pre-order Skyrim) and sometimes am bored enough to partake in the recycled Community Discussion topics.

Makes sense that the more people there are the more confrontations there'll be though. I still think it's one of the nicer forums out there.

Edit: I like this community because of the great people here, the moderators keep everything under control (*cough* most of the time), the best jokers in all the internet, and most importantly, I'm having a fun time here I don't plan to leave any time soon.

My original profile dates back to '05. I got to see the beginning of most of the 'oldies' that are still around today I don't know why I keep coming back and checking CD, but I do so more than any other forum i've ever been a member of.

Those were the days, Irish. A lot of interesting people have left the forums over the years -- Solin, Allerleirauh, her husband Rhedd, and others. Good to see a fellow '05.

I had the best times and made most of my posts in '05 and '06.

I miss the old crowd from back then. Some of them are still active, but rarely post any more. Others I haven't seen in years.

Good people here, for the most part. Left for awhile, not by choice, but am glad to be back.

These are some of the best forums on the internet, I've been comimg here for a little over eight years (not with this account obviously) and in that time haven't found a friendlier community.

Sure it is a fun community I just don't find posting as much as fun anymore. But I think I may have a revival with TESV comes out but hell I use to post too much at times. But I do wish to reach patriarch sometime. Also, this forum has amazing people (well some aren't here anymore but that is another story), I find enjoyment of seeing the witty old members talk about stuff and then the new members with grammar worse than mine. Nice place , not too many annoying people and the annoying people who were here are ether banned or banned again or left.
