I have nexus 4, version 4.4.4

I installed fallout shelter, I signed into Google play and it crashed.

I cleaned cache, this time I didn't sign in, and it doesn't crash.

I reinstalled google play (I have root access on my phone) and it still doesn't work.

I also reinstalled fallout shelter, still doesn't work.
