first off i'm newish to PC gaming that's important to state.

i posted a thread earlier about this but i forgot an important detail and i didnt really get any help so I thought i'd try again as I haven't resolved it,

pertinent info: I have a 980ti, with 16gb of DDR4 an i7 skylake processor and I have a Asus ROG swift Gsync monitor and I've been running the game on ultra pretty smoothly

so i've been playing FO4 having fun ran through alot of the game without running into any major bugs, but this ones pretty major

whenever i use a terminal in the game upon exiting said terminal i cannot move, i think this has something to do with the driver update for my graphics card i used the Geforce app to update it, also its likely to do with the fact that i'm using a Gsync Monitor I had some problems with the Gsync when I was playing skyrim.

when I turn Gsync off it halves my FPS but no more bug, I tried rolling back my Driver in device manager but that didn't work

Do not go above 100 fps. Otherwise this glitch will occur. !!!

i'm not sure how to do that i'm kind of a PC gaming noob, I cant change the refresh rate because of gsync when I turn Gysnc off and set it to 60hz it drops to 30 FPS
