Issue with Animation Replacer Pack

I'm checking out animation replacers and specifically http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21475 ATM. I have the nif's correctly renamed (I think) and placed - and indeed they show up in game fine, but only once in a while. That is, if casting Restore Health on self I get the replacer animation the first time, but then the vanilla animation a couple of times before the replacer one is shown once in a while again. The same with the other animations I've checked. Seems odd as it should be either/or as with other straight replacers as I understand it. How can it show the replacer one time - and the vanilla animation the next? I'm using BSA Redirection.

Also, while I'm at it, when starting a new game I had Supreme Magicka's change to starting spells on, which I didn't want, so I started a new game and everything seemed as it should. But in the Imp City a little while later I notice that my char doesn't have a Flare spell - isn't it a starting spell for all chars? Checking in TES4Edit doesn't show anything - but I'm testing out a lot of pose/animation etc. mods ATM so perhaps something has messed it up.

For Question number 2, Flare is a starting spell.
For question 1, I also have the same issue with animation files, I have used OBMM and BAIN, but I also only use BSA redirection. I have installed the Kf files last to try and stop it. Spells self cast on my character are the worst, but turning to look when using a modded idle pose will cause my character to revert to the vanilla idle, and sometimes the vanilla idle pose does not change back to the modded idle pose.

Thanks for confirming that. Couldn't see anything in TES4Edit when checking - but guess I'm checking the wrong things. Something's up with the current mod setup - but I'm mainly testing out stuff so will get rid of a bunch of mods soon.

Seems weird on the face of it. I've never had, say, a world map replacer switching back and forth with vanilla. I'll try redating the kf files and see what happens.
