Issue with my Chess Set

I made a small mod that mash up the check pieces in SatCom Array NN-03d_B into one piece so it can easily be picked up and placed. When checking it from a save made in the same cell in that game everything was fine. But during my current play through everything is messed up when entering the cell. The player char ends up inside all enemies who seems to be collected in one big group and all HAVOK seems to break loose as well. I can't even use TCL to get out of the mess. In short, total chaos. Without the mod, everything is normal. When http://i.imgur.com/cWmTLWO.jpg everything seems to be as it should (the old pieces are disabled and the new set placed and nothing else), but I'm obviously missing something. I wonder if someone more knowledgable than me can take a look at the mod and perhaps figure out what's wrong? It would be very much appreciated as I'm quite fond of the chess set, but I can't have it mess up the whole cell.

One thing I note is that both the disabled pieces and the new chess set are placed in GRUP Cell Temporary Children of SatComArray03Interior02 "SatCom Array NN-03d-B". Not sure what that means, but perhaps that is what's messed up. If so I wonder how to fix it?

EDIT: But, no, they are placed like that in Fallout.esm as well, so that shouldn't be it.
