Issue with Followers of the Apocalypse

I need to know how to get the followers to assist the NCR, so i can a better ending for them. How do i do this/who do I talk to? I am idolized by both factions.

Can't be done.

But that's one of the endings. It's not convincing them to fight, just to support the NCR.
