I downloaded the GOTY edition from direct to drive, and made a windows live account. I logged in with no issues, but my dlc is not detected. I have heard of taking it from the windows live download folder and putting it in the fallout 3 data folder, but this would be the other way around. I tried it but nothing. I do have them checked from within the launcher as well. When logged out of windows live in the game, the downloads section in the menu is grayed out. I read that you can play offline with the dlc. I made a new game offline (even though I couldn't see the dlc at the menu) and am currently getting out of the vault to see if it will still be detected. However I'd love to play with windows live to get achievements and such. If that is not possible, then the only way to is to buy the dlc from them? If that is the case, help getting offline mode to work with dlc would be appreciated
